What we collect

When you send a project brief, book a call, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number if you provide it, and the details of your project. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Our project information forms ask for your contact details first. When you press Continue, we save your name, email address, company, phone number if you provide it, and who the project is for, so we can follow up if you’re interrupted. The rest of your answers are sent only when you submit the form.

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, scope and deliver projects, send proposals and invoices, and keep the business records we’re required to keep.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, including HubSpot for managing inquiries and Microsoft 365 for email and calls. They process information on our behalf. We don’t sell your personal information.

Calls and recordings

We record or transcribe calls only when everyone on the call agrees.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@whiteknights.it and we’ll respond promptly.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
