Network gear without security updates is an open door.

Firewalls and access points stop receiving security fixes when they reach end of support, and exploiting vulnerabilities is now the most common way breaches begin, according to Verizon’s 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report. We size the replacement to your office, configure it securely, and leave you a diagram of every port.

When to consider starting this project

  • Wi-Fi drops in parts of the office
  • Your firewall is out of support
  • Guests and staff share one network

Sized, secured, and documented port by port.

  • An assessment of your current network and Wi-Fi coverage
  • Equipment recommendations that you buy directly
  • Firewall, VLAN, and VPN configuration
  • Switch and wireless deployment
  • Guest Wi-Fi kept separate from business systems
  • A cutover plan with a way to roll back

From first call to documented handoff.

Scoping is free, and the price is agreed before any work begins. Most projects are quoted at a fixed fee.

Before the work

  1. Discover

We start with a free call. You tell us what you want, what you use now, and when you need it done.

  2. Plan

We send you a free written plan. It lists the work and any equipment, with a price for each.

  3. Sign

You sign the plan, and we put your project on our calendar. Nothing starts until you say yes.

The work

  1. Implement

We do the work, mostly over the internet. If a job needs us in person, we come to you.

  2. Adjust

Testing and real-life use show what needs work. We fix those things and fine-tune the setup.

  3. QA

We check every item in your plan, one at a time. We don’t move on until everything works.

After the work

  1. Document

We write down what we built, how it’s set up, and why. Our diagrams help whoever works on it next.

  2. Handoff

We show you and your team how it all works. Then we hand over the passwords and the documents.

  3. Follow-up

After we hand it over, we check back with you. We make sure everything still works.

Talk to an engineer

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so the sooner you’re scoped, the sooner you’re on the calendar.

Straight answers

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do you sell the equipment?

No. We recommend equipment and you buy it directly, so our advice isn’t tied to a margin.

Which brands do you work with?

Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, and Aruba. We recommend one based on your office, your budget, and who will support it day to day.

Will the network be down during the switch?

Briefly, during a cutover window we agree on, with a way to roll back if anything goes wrong.

How do we know if our firewall is out of support?

Check the manufacturer’s end-of-life list, or send us the model and firmware version and we’ll check during scoping.

For MSPs

Firewall, switching, and wireless refreshes for your clients, on-site or remote, documented in your platform.

We deliver it white-label or co-branded, work in your PSA, RMM, and documentation platform, and never sell managed services to your clients.

How we partner with MSPs

  • Secure business Wi-Fi

Replace the shared Wi-Fi password with a sign-in for each person, at one location or many, using RADIUS and WPA3-Enterprise.

  • Server and virtualization refresh

Replace or consolidate aging servers on Hyper-V or VMware, or retire them in favor of Microsoft 365, with a plan for every workload.

  • Secure IT setup for startups

Start with IT done right. Domain, Microsoft 365, devices, security, and documentation, set up before your first hires instead of after your first incident.

Find out what your network needs, and what it doesn’t.

Book a free scoping call. You’ll get a fixed-fee proposal within two business days, with equipment recommendations you buy directly.

Planning around year-end? A fixed-fee proposal lets you commit this year’s budget before it closes, or put your project first on next year’s calendar.
