Secure business Wi-FiFor businesses and MSPs
No shared Wi-Fi password. Access ends the day someone leaves.
Each person signs in to Wi-Fi with their own work account, at one location or many. We set up RADIUS and WPA3-Enterprise on the Wi-Fi you have, or on new equipment, and keep guests and devices on their own networks.
- Free scoping
- Fixed-fee proposal within two business days
- Labor warranty

A shared Wi-Fi password never stays secret.
Most businesses give everyone the same Wi-Fi password. It ends up on sticky notes, on old phones, and with people who left years ago. Changing it means updating every device, so it rarely happens. With more than one location, there are more passwords to lose track of. With RADIUS, each person signs in with their own account. Turn off the account, and their Wi-Fi access ends at every location.
When to consider starting this project
- Everyone shares one Wi-Fi password, and former staff still know it
- Each location has its own Wi-Fi password
- An auditor, insurer, or customer asked how you control Wi-Fi access
One sign-in per person, at every location.
- A review of the Wi-Fi, firewall, and accounts at each location
- RADIUS sign-in tied to your Active Directory or Microsoft 365 accounts
- WPA2-Enterprise or WPA3-Enterprise on every access point
- Company laptops and phones set up to connect on their own
- Separate networks for staff, guests, and devices like printers and cameras
- A backup sign-in path, so Wi-Fi keeps working if one server goes down
- A rollout one location at a time, with the old Wi-Fi left on until everyone has moved
From first call to documented handoff.
Scoping is free, and the price is agreed before any work begins. Most projects are quoted at a fixed fee.
Before the work
-
Discover
We start with a free call. You tell us what you want, what you use now, and when you need it done.
-
Plan
We send you a free written plan. It lists the work and any equipment, with a price for each.
-
Sign
You sign the plan, and we put your project on our calendar. Nothing starts until you say yes.
The work
-
Implement
We do the work, mostly over the internet. If a job needs us in person, we come to you.
-
Adjust
Testing and real-life use show what needs work. We fix those things and fine-tune the setup.
-
QA
We check every item in your plan, one at a time. We don’t move on until everything works.
After the work
-
Document
We write down what we built, how it’s set up, and why. Our diagrams help whoever works on it next.
-
Handoff
We show you and your team how it all works. Then we hand over the passwords and the documents.
-
Follow-up
After we hand it over, we check back with you. We make sure everything still works.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so the sooner you’re scoped, the sooner you’re on the calendar.
Straight answers
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Will staff have to type a password every time?
No. Each person signs in once, and their device remembers it. Company laptops and phones can connect on their own with a certificate, so no one types anything.
Do we need a server for this?
Not always. If you have a Windows server with Active Directory, we can use the RADIUS role built into Windows Server. If you’re on Microsoft 365 with no server, we use the sign-in built into your Wi-Fi system or a cloud RADIUS service, and recommend one during scoping.
What about guests, printers, and cameras?
They get their own networks. Guests get internet only. Devices that can’t sign in, like printers and cameras, join a separate network that’s kept away from your business systems.
Does this help with PCI DSS?
It can. With WPA2-Enterprise or WPA3-Enterprise, each connection gets its own key, so there’s no shared key to change when someone leaves. Your PCI assessor makes the final call on your setup.
For MSPs
RADIUS and WPA2-Enterprise or WPA3-Enterprise Wi-Fi for your clients’ sites, tied to their accounts and documented in your platform.
We deliver it white-label or co-branded, work in your PSA, RMM, and documentation platform, and never sell managed services to your clients.
